Chef David cooking slope-side in Utah |

On a recent ski trip to Utah, Chef David got tapped to provide dinner for six hungry skiers. Not a problem, but what to eat...boxed macaroni and cheese, Spaghetti O's...I don't think so! Using the pork roast from the night before as a starting point, Chef David came up with Pork Loin Fajitas, Refried Beans with Elk Sausage, and a Spicy Herbed Rice. That hearty fare filled all to overflowing. Oh and by the way, as is usually the case when Chef David is in the kitchen, he had an absolute blast! Can you tell?
